Our Returns Policy

How do I Return Something?

We hope you all love your Raven Ski Wear  products, but, if needs be, items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. Please follow information below on how to get a returns number. Without a returns number we won’t be able to identify packages that arrive to our warehouse and will not be able to process your return.

 

Any items for return must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. If items are returned in any other state they will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please email Sales@RavenSkiWear.com with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name on the order

3. Details of your request i.e. Return / Refund / Exchange with reason

Postage

We don’t offer free returns postage; customers are liable for their own return postage costs. We recommend using a recorded service, and our returns address is:

When will i get my refund?

As soon as we’ve completed your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer. If you’ve sent a return and haven’t heard from us within 7 working days, please Contact us

Faulty Items?

We take pride in our quality and want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us with the order number, description and photograph of the fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
